Finally some proper snow ^_^

We got some proper new snow today in Kirchdorf! 😊 I had 5 kids in skischool that I could take up the t-bar which was awesome, we had so much fun!!☺️ 

Earlier this week I did 2 mornings of skiing in powder snow at St. Johann and it was amaazing 😀😀 I had snow up to my knees on a not prepared slope so I ended up faceplanting in the snow a few times, heh. 😂 It was so hard to get up again!😜

Back on track!

Hello everyone!

Since I'm back in this winter wonderland called Kirchdorf I decided to continue writing on this blog! As most of you know I am a ski and snowboard instructor and I have done a season over here before aswell. I arrived here on box day in Christmas and started working almost straight away. Have been working a lot with beginners and it has been good and I learn something new every day. :) I think work with kids gives so much to you.

This is basically the slope where I work. It's not big but I don't mind, I rather work on a smaller mountain than on a big where you might loose your kids in the skischool.

So far I've had 4 days off and 2 of them I spent skiing in Kitzbühel. It has been awesome, so good to ski/snowboard with good friends and the view is amaazing :) I don't think you can imagine what it is in the Alps until you have seen it with your own eyes. You feel so small among the big mountains and the world looks so beautiful and endless. Hard to describe really!

Over all working as a ski instructor is very hectic, work almost every day and either apre ski, ski show or presentation where you give diplomas to the kids in the evening. It is very fun and you get to know many new people. But you need to make sure you get some time off to rest aswell. At the moment I have a bit of a flu so I better rest now.
